Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business growth and workforce needs
- Lead, coach, and develop the US team of recruiters while overseeing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition
- Monitor recruiting metrics and ensure effective use of ATS and recruiting technologies
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- People leadership experience is preferred
- Proven success recruiting technical and professional roles in complex organizations
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics
- Bachelor's degree or HR certification (SHRM CP, PHR) preferred
