A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale technical and professional hiring across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business growth and workforce needs
  • Lead, coach, and develop the US team of recruiters while overseeing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and ensure effective use of ATS and recruiting technologies
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • People leadership experience is preferred
  • Proven success recruiting technical and professional roles in complex organizations
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics
  • Bachelor's degree or HR certification (SHRM CP, PHR) preferred
