Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and hiring strategies
  • Manage job postings and conduct first-round interviews while improving hiring processes
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics and optimize recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
  • Experience in startup, Ecommerce, or direct-to-consumer sectors
  • Desirable experience recruiting for apparel, lifestyle, or retail brands
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
