- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and hiring strategies
- Manage job postings and conduct first-round interviews while improving hiring processes
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics and optimize recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Experience in startup, Ecommerce, or direct-to-consumer sectors
- Desirable experience recruiting for apparel, lifestyle, or retail brands
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
