Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager focused on North America remote recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for leadership and Go-to-Market roles in partnership with business leaders
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for North America-based roles, emphasizing sourcing strategies
- Optimize recruitment workflows and utilize ATS for tracking hiring metrics and pipeline health
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in GTM and leadership hiring
- Proven experience recruiting across North America (U.S. and Canada)
- Strong background in sourcing and closing passive candidates for complex roles
- Experience with ICIMS or similar ATS preferred
