Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager focused on North America remote recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies for leadership and Go-to-Market roles in partnership with business leaders
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for North America-based roles, emphasizing sourcing strategies
  • Optimize recruitment workflows and utilize ATS for tracking hiring metrics and pipeline health
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in GTM and leadership hiring
  • Proven experience recruiting across North America (U.S. and Canada)
  • Strong background in sourcing and closing passive candidates for complex roles
  • Experience with ICIMS or similar ATS preferred
