Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Manager, a full-time leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring function, optimizing recruiting strategies, and enhancing the onboarding experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Own recruiting infrastructure and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) strategy
- Manage agency and vendor partnerships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across various functions and seniority levels
- Proven success in building and optimizing recruiting processes and systems
- Hands-on ATS administration experience, preferably with Rippling
- Strong analytical skills to drive decisions and improvements
