Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Manager, a full-time leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring function, optimizing recruiting strategies, and enhancing the onboarding experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Own recruiting infrastructure and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) strategy
  • Manage agency and vendor partnerships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across various functions and seniority levels
  • Proven success in building and optimizing recruiting processes and systems
  • Hands-on ATS administration experience, preferably with Rippling
  • Strong analytical skills to drive decisions and improvements
