Job Summary

Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles while building a proactive talent pipeline to support the agency's growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually in marketing, sales, creative, and operations
  • Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and niche agency communities
  • Coordinate interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and reference checks
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days
  • Experience with both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
  • Strong written communication skills suited for an async-first culture
  • US-based with availability during 9am-5pm CT core hours
