Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles, ensuring a proactive recruitment pipeline to support the agency's growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually across multiple departments
- Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and niche agency communities
- Coordinate interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and reference checks
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or remote-first environment
- Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days
- Experience with high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
- Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
- US-based availability during 9am-5pm CT core hours
