Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in Partner/Executive Sourcing, this full-time remote position will lead strategic sourcing efforts for senior-level roles across tax, audit, and advisory practices, while building talent pipelines and providing market intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing for partner/executive and senior-level roles across various practices
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of potential partner and director-level talent
- Provide competitive intelligence and talent insights to senior leadership for workforce planning
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 4 years focused on executive sourcing in professional services
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of building executive pipelines and delivering market insights
- Strong understanding of the public accounting industry and talent mapping approaches
