Key responsibilities
  • Lead strategic sourcing for partner/executive and senior-level roles across various practices

Required qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 4 years focused on executive sourcing in professional services

  • Proven track record of building executive pipelines and delivering market insights
  • Strong understanding of the public accounting industry and talent mapping approaches
