Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of hotels, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager for Latin America Caribbean will manage end-to-end recruitment for Director and General Manager roles, collaborating with hotel leadership and HR teams to attract and hire high-quality talent across the region.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for senior-level hospitality roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent availability and hiring trends
Required qualifications
  • 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting senior-level hospitality leadership talent, including Director and General Manager positions
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred; Portuguese fluency is a plus
  • Experience supporting hotel openings or large-scale hiring initiatives across Latin America and Caribbean markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
