Job Summary

Owning the full employee lifecycle, the full-time remote Talent & Culture Manager will manage recruiting performance, enhance employee experience, and oversee people operations while leading a Business Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for all open roles, focusing on proactive talent sourcing and relationship management
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes and oversee benefits and compensation policies to enhance employee integration and satisfaction
  • Administer employee development programs and partner with leadership on retention strategies using data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or people operations, preferably in a fast-paced small-to-mid-size company
  • Extensive experience in recruiting marketing roles with a proven track record of effective passive sourcing
  • Strong negotiation skills for compensation discussions and a background in HR functions beyond recruiting
  • Self-directed and outcome-focused, with the ability to build and improve processes independently
  • Experience managing or mentoring staff is a plus
