Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will fill critical roles within the Product Development organization and adjacent functions while building trusted relationships with hiring managers and shaping the recruiting process for long-term success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for Product Development and related functions, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market intelligence collaboration with PD leadership
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and contribute to the development of recruiting processes as the company scales
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods
- Proven ability to recruit for product development, design, or technical apparel roles
- Strong sourcing skills with a knack for engaging passive candidates
- Experience building relationships with hiring managers and candidates in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized and self-directed, with effective communication skills that reflect the company brand
