Job Summary

Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles, ensuring a proactive hiring pipeline to support the agency's growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually in areas such as paid media, video editing, and sales
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche communities while maintaining a bench of pre-qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview processes, including first-round screening calls, assessments, reference checks, and offer logistics
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency, SaaS company, or remote-first environment
  • Proven track record of filling roles in under 30 days
  • Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
  • Experience in both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
  • US-based with availability during core hours of 9am-5pm CT
