Job Summary
Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles while building a proactive talent pipeline to support the agency's growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually in paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche agency communities
- Coordinate interview loops, conduct reference checks, and handle offer logistics while tracking key recruitment metrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency, SaaS company, or remote-first environment
- Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days
- Experience with high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
- Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
- US-based with availability during core hours of 9am-5pm CT
