Job Summary

Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles while building a proactive talent pipeline to support the agency's growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually in paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche agency communities
  • Coordinate interview loops, conduct reference checks, and handle offer logistics while tracking key recruitment metrics
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency, SaaS company, or remote-first environment
  • Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days
  • Experience with high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
  • Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
  • US-based with availability during core hours of 9am-5pm CT
