Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will lead recruitment activities, optimize processes, and collaborate with HR business partners to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in managing recruitment across multiple regions
• Experience in talent attraction strategies specific to manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
