Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition Manager or Specialist role
  • Proven success in hiring for both technical and marketing roles in high-growth environments
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern ATS tools
  • Deep understanding of EMEA hiring markets
  • Passion for candidate experience and data-driven recruiting practices
