Seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition Associate for a fully remote position focused on marketing and technology recruitment, who will manage the end-to-end hiring process, partner with department leads to define role requirements, and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage
• Build talent pipelines for challenging roles through proactive sourcing and employer branding initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition Manager or Specialist role
• Proven success in hiring for both technical and marketing roles in high-growth environments
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern ATS tools
• Deep understanding of EMEA hiring markets
• Passion for candidate experience and data-driven recruiting practices
