Job Summary
Seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition Associate for a fully remote position focused on marketing and technology recruitment, who will manage the end-to-end hiring process, partner with department leads to define role requirements, and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage
- Build talent pipelines for challenging roles through proactive sourcing and employer branding initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition Manager or Specialist role
- Proven success in hiring for both technical and marketing roles in high-growth environments
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern ATS tools
- Deep understanding of EMEA hiring markets
- Passion for candidate experience and data-driven recruiting practices
