Job Summary
Leading and managing recruitment teams, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee daily recruiting operations, improve hiring processes, and ensure timely filling of open positions with qualified candidates in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support recruitment teams across different locations and time zones
- Oversee the full recruitment process from job opening to offer acceptance
- Train, coach, and support recruiters to improve results and candidate quality
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams
- Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with ATS systems, with a strong plus for Pinpoint ATS
