Job Summary
Leading the recruitment function in a hybrid environment, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full-cycle recruiting, develop and implement strategies, and partner with business leaders to attract top talent while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Partner with business leaders to clarify hiring needs and develop aligned recruiting strategies
- Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to improve hiring outcomes and support workforce planning efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a high-growth environment
- Strong proficiency with recruiting technologies and sourcing tools
- Demonstrated ability to interpret recruiting data and use analytics for decision-making
- Sound knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
