Job Summary
Responsible for talent sourcing and attraction, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for North America and Europe, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on role requirements and track hiring progress
- Lead employer branding efforts and create engaging content to strengthen the organization's visibility as an employer of choice
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in talent acquisition or human resources
- 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in life sciences or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver strong talent outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing sourcing strategies and engaging passive candidates through various recruiting channels
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics preferred
