Job Summary
Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across marketing, sales, creative, and operations, directly impacting the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Coordinate interview processes, including first-round calls, assessments, and reference checks
- Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates while tracking key hiring metrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or remote-first environment
- Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days
- Experience with high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
- Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
- Availability during 9am-5pm CT core hours while based in the US
