Job Summary
Leading end-to-end recruitment across North America, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Manager will focus on leadership and Go-to-Market hiring, partnering with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies while managing recruitment workflows and leveraging AI tools in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies for leadership and GTM roles
- Own end-to-end recruitment for North America-based roles, focusing on sourcing and engaging candidates
- Manage recruitment workflows within iCIMS, ensuring data accuracy and tracking key metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in GTM and leadership hiring
- Proven experience recruiting across North America (U.S. and Canada)
- Strong experience sourcing and closing passive candidates for complex roles
- Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS preferred
