Job Summary

Leading recruitment strategies, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with business leaders to attract top talent for Sales, Product, Brand, and Marketing while providing consultative guidance and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet workforce needs and enhance candidate experience
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent needs and culture alignment
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in sales talent acquisition
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
