Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Manager will focus on developing recruitment strategies and managing the hiring process, with the flexibility to work remotely while aligning with Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate Eastern Standard Time
