Job Summary
To lead recruiting efforts across multiple manufacturing locations, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Manager will drive talent acquisition excellence, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and mentor a high-performing team in the aerospace defense sector.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and HR leadership to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
- Lead and inspire a geographically dispersed team of recruiters while ensuring best-in-class recruitment outcomes
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with hiring policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of experience, or 13 years of relevant experience without a degree
- Experience in the aerospace defense industry is required
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including executive-level recruitment
- Strong knowledge of compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and data-driven decision-making
