Job Summary
Driving talent acquisition initiatives, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with business leaders, and lead a recruitment team to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector, specifically in Sourcing, EHS, and Quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment to ensure effective sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates across multiple functions and levels
- Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative environment focused on high performance and continuous development
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment across multiple regions and functions
- Experience in talent attraction strategies specific to manufacturing or supply chain environments, particularly in Sourcing, EHS, and Quality
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
