Job Summary
Managing the Talent Acquisition Production and Onboarding function, the full-time remote TA Production & Preboarding Manager will oversee a team of TA Coordinators, ensuring a streamlined onboarding process that enhances the colleague experience while adhering to compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding processes, including applicant pre-screening, interview logistics, and orientation events
- Implement and manage a strategic preboarding program aligned with company values and objectives
- Collaborate with various system functions to ensure the integration and implementation of the national TA strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources
- At least two (2) years of people management experience
