Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for various business functions, the remote Talent Acquisition Manager will manage 15 to 25+ requisitions, lead a small recruiting team, and develop scalable hiring processes while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer for corporate and operations roles
- Lead and develop a small recruiting team, providing coaching and performance support
- Own active sourcing strategies and maintain candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, including configuring workflows and reporting
- Experience in high-volume and multi-market hiring, preferably in regulated industries
- Strong data fluency and ability to maintain clean reporting metrics
- Startup or high-growth company experience with a focus on process improvement
