Job Summary

To support a growing direct-to-consumer brand, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full-cycle recruiting, enhance candidate experience, and optimize recruiting processes while collaborating with hiring managers and leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage job postings and hiring workflows
  • Conduct interviews, present qualified candidates, and improve the interview process to enhance hiring decisions
  • Track recruiting metrics and refine processes to support organizational growth and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
  • Experience recruiting for apparel, lifestyle, or retail brands is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and influence stakeholders independently
  • Strong sourcing expertise and experience with ATS systems
  • Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills
