Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee daily recruiting operations, coach a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, and drive improvements in recruiting processes while partnering with business leaders to address hiring challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop a team of 7-10 Talent Acquisition Partners through performance management and training
- Oversee recruiting operations across multiple business lines, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring support
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve operational performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing recruiting teams
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
