Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

To lead day-to-day recruiting operations, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will coach a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, drive recruiting excellence across multiple business lines, and optimize recruiting processes using data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team of 7-10 Talent Acquisition Partners through regular meetings and performance coaching
• Oversee daily recruiting operations, balancing workloads and hiring priorities to ensure timely support
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve performance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing recruiting teams
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
