Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee daily recruiting operations, coach a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, and drive improvements in recruiting processes while partnering with business leaders to address hiring challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team of 7-10 Talent Acquisition Partners through regular performance reviews and training
• Oversee recruiting operations across multiple business lines and ensure timely, high-quality hiring support
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve performance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within healthcare
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing recruiting teams
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
