Job Summary

Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will drive recruiting operations, coach recruiters, and optimize processes to enhance hiring efficiency across multiple business lines.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach and develop a team of 7-10 Talent Acquisition Partners through performance management and training initiatives
  • Oversee daily recruiting operations and balance workloads to ensure timely and high-quality hiring support
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve performance while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing recruiting teams
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
