Job Summary
Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will drive recruiting operations, coach recruiters, and optimize processes to enhance hiring efficiency across multiple business lines.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop a team of 7-10 Talent Acquisition Partners through performance management and training initiatives
- Oversee daily recruiting operations and balance workloads to ensure timely and high-quality hiring support
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve performance while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing recruiting teams
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
