Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee daily recruiting operations, coach a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, and drive process improvements while utilizing data to enhance hiring strategies across multiple business lines.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and mentor a team of 7-10 Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Oversee daily recruiting operations, balancing workloads and ensuring timely hiring support across various business lines
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, improve performance, and ensure compliance with recruiting policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing recruiting teams
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and workforce analytics
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
