Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee daily recruiting operations, coach a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, and optimize recruiting processes to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach and develop a team of 7-10 Talent Acquisition Partners while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Oversee recruiting operations across various business lines and partner with leaders on critical hiring initiatives
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, improve performance, and ensure compliance with recruiting policies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing recruiting teams
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management
  • Proven ability to coach and develop recruiting professionals
