Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee daily recruiting operations, coach a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, and optimize recruiting processes to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop a team of 7-10 Talent Acquisition Partners while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Oversee recruiting operations across various business lines and partner with leaders on critical hiring initiatives
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, improve performance, and ensure compliance with recruiting policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing recruiting teams
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management
- Proven ability to coach and develop recruiting professionals
