Job Summary

Leading the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will drive recruiting excellence for Director-level and high-touch positions across North America while managing team performance and developing strategic recruitment initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition partners to support recruitment for hourly and salaried positions across North America
  • Own and manage high-touch requisitions, collaborating with senior leaders to create tailored recruitment strategies and enhance candidate experiences
  • Monitor and analyze Talent Acquisition metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure effective hiring processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of talent acquisition professionals
  • Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with preference for SuccessFactors experience
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using recruiting metrics to inform decision-making
