Job Summary

To enhance the recruitment process, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full-cycle recruitment, develop strategies to attract top talent, and ensure compliance with employment regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with regulations
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 7 years of management experience in healthcare talent acquisition
• Experience with HRIS software is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong project management skills
