Job Summary
Leading a team of recruiters, the full-time Talent Acquisition Manager will manage recruiting operations, drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, and integrate AI into sourcing and screening processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a recruiting team by setting priorities, coaching performance, and ensuring accountability for outcomes
- Run full-cycle recruiting, stepping into sourcing, interviewing, and closing as needed
- Build scalable recruiting systems and automate processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of recruiting experience, including leadership or management of recruiters
- Experience hiring for technical and go-to-market roles in high-growth technology or AI companies
- Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Metaview, and Juicebox
- Proven ability to build AI-assisted recruiting workflows that improve team operations
- Experience recruiting for engineering and/or research positions
