Job Summary

Leading a talented team of recruiters, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy, manage external recruitment partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to attract top talent for a fast-growing company in the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of internal recruiters while fostering a high-performing team culture
• Own and execute the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, optimizing performance and ROI

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead and develop a distributed team across multiple geographic regions
• Experience managing external recruitment agency relationships and evaluating their performance
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics for performance tracking
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
