Job Summary

Headhunting top talent in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and reach out to potential candidates for Sales, Marketing, and Support roles based on team leaders' needs
• Conduct pre-qualification interviews and manage the candidate screening process
• Engage with internal stakeholders, providing coaching and sharing best practices with hiring managers

Required qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-growing environments, particularly in Go-to-market roles
• Mixed agency/search and internal Talent Acquisition experience
• Proven headhunting skills developed in Sales-led organizations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships
• Fluency in English, with outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities
