Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

To support the continued growth of the organization, the full-time temporary Manager, Talent Acquisition will manage multiple hiring searches, develop selection tools, and collaborate with team members to enhance talent acquisition processes in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple searches, collaborating with hiring managers and maintaining candidate communications
• Recruit diverse candidate pools and implement equitable hiring tools to assess candidates
• Contribute to the People, Equity & Inclusion team strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and collective bargaining agreements

Required qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end searches, including sourcing and candidate assessment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever
• Ability to travel 4-6 times per year for team retreats
• Willingness to maintain a social media presence on behalf of the organization
• Commitment to a nonpartisan policy, with no current affiliations with political candidates or parties
