Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preboarding process as a subject matter expert in full cycle recruiting
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and assistance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand preboarding needs and maintain candidate databases
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or onboarding (preferred)
  • Experience in project management or continuous improvement (preferred)
  • Experience working directly with talent acquisition strategy (preferred)
