Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Candidate Navigator, responsible for managing the preboarding process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the preboarding process as a subject matter expert in full cycle recruiting
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and assistance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand preboarding needs and maintain candidate databases
Required Qualifications
- Experience with customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or onboarding (preferred)
- Experience in project management or continuous improvement (preferred)
- Experience working directly with talent acquisition strategy (preferred)
