Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition, Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new hires while promoting the company brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters with candidate offer letters, I9 documentation, and onboarding information
- Manage multiple steps in the onboarding process, including background checks and new hire documentation
- Engage with candidates from offer acceptance to their first day of training and manage high volumes of communication
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or employee onboarding experience preferred
- At least 2 years of experience processing Form I-9 documentation required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse or Ashby
- Familiarity with UKG is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
