Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support, coaching, and training on recruitment workflow best practices
• Optimize existing workflows and create training/workflow documentation for recruiting tools and processes
• Conduct audits, document processes, and ensure data integrity in the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least one year of recruiting process improvement experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
