Talent Acquisition Operations Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and execution-focused, the part-time hourly Talent Acquisition Operations Associate will support day-to-day operations of global recruiting by maintaining processes, enhancing data quality, and leveraging AI and automation tools in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of small initiatives and contribute to larger projects with guidance from leadership
• Respond to Tier 1 inquiries, resolving system and process issues through detailed investigation
• Assist in improving and testing updates to the ATS and recruiting tech stack under senior team member guidance

Required qualifications

• Basic project management skills to support talent acquisition initiatives
• Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and processes
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting from multiple data sources
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
