Job Summary

To enhance the candidate experience, the full-time Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant will oversee the hiring process, act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams, and promote a positive culture while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee an efficient and effective candidate hiring process, ensuring timely updates across all stages
• Act as a liaison between candidates, business partners, and hiring teams to ensure clarity and alignment
• Evaluate current processes and propose actionable improvements to enhance service delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition or operations
• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service and developing solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement
• Ability to leverage CRM technology to facilitate communication and enhance service delivery
