Job Summary
To enhance the candidate experience, the full-time Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant will oversee the hiring process, act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams, and promote a positive culture while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee an efficient and effective candidate hiring process, ensuring timely updates across all stages
- Act as a liaison between candidates, business partners, and hiring teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Evaluate current processes and propose actionable improvements to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition or operations
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service and developing solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement
- Ability to leverage CRM technology to facilitate communication and enhance service delivery
