Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain efficient, scalable recruiting workflows from requisition to onboarding
• Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system and related tools
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key recruiting KPIs and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent operations or HR systems administration
• Expertise in managing ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools like Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with process automation and operational efficiency
• Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical hiring environments is a plus
