Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of their recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain efficient, scalable recruiting workflows from requisition to onboarding
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system and related tools
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key recruiting KPIs and improve efforts
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in talent operations or HR systems administration, preferably in a startup or hypergrowth environment
- Expertise in managing ATS platforms and related tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with process automation and operational efficiency
- Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical hiring environments is a strong plus
