Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will optimize recruitment systems and processes, enhance candidate experiences, and lead critical projects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance the careers website and TA systems, ensuring effective candidate engagement and compliance
- Lead the development and execution of talent acquisition projects, including process improvements and interview tools
- Develop and maintain dashboards for recruiting metrics, providing insights to TA and HR leadership
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in an HR-related field
- Experience with ATS platforms, such as iCIMS
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing and talent sourcing tools
- Strong project management and performance tracking skills
