Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will optimize recruitment systems and processes, enhance candidate experiences, and lead critical projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and enhance the careers website and TA systems, ensuring effective candidate engagement and compliance
  • Lead the development and execution of talent acquisition projects, including process improvements and interview tools
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for recruiting metrics, providing insights to TA and HR leadership
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in an HR-related field
  • Experience with ATS platforms, such as iCIMS
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing and talent sourcing tools
  • Strong project management and performance tracking skills
