Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting efficient hiring processes, the full-time FLEX Manager in Talent Acquisition Support Services and Enablement will manage operational workflows, assist with TA systems, and engage with stakeholders to enhance candidate and recruiter experiences in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day TA operational workflows to promote consistency and efficiency across recruiting teams
• Support the adoption and use of core TA systems by providing documentation and user training
• Gather feedback from recruiters and candidates to identify improvement opportunities in TA processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, talent acquisition, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or related fields
• Interest in project management and process improvement
• Familiarity with TA technology platforms (ATS, CRM, analytics tools) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
