Job Summary
Leading the sourcing strategy for Talent Acquisition, the full-time Manager of Talent Sourcing & Operations will oversee a team of Talent Sourcers and manage systems, processes, and data to enhance recruitment efforts, working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Sourcers to build high-quality candidate pipelines
- Design scalable sourcing strategies and implement process improvements for recruitment workflows
- Leverage data analytics to monitor sourcing performance and optimize hiring outcomes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related fields, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems, including data management and reporting
- Proven ability to develop recruiting processes and standard operating procedures
- Experience in managing recruiting data and producing analytics
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
