Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist Contractor to support recruiting operations within the HR Technology and Compliance Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment support including background checks, offer letters, and onboarding assistance
• Coordinate and present new hire orientation programs and manage related logistics
• Maintain recruiting resources and assist with system administration and compliance tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0-1 years of related experience in a professional setting
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Critical thinking skills to identify issues and opportunities
