Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the operational infrastructure of Talent Acquisition, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Operations & Systems Specialist will manage recruiting workflows, maintain reporting integrity, and improve pipeline operations within Greenhouse ATS.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain recruiting workflows and operational processes within Greenhouse ATS
• Partner with TA leadership to enhance recruiting operations and pipeline health visibility
• Build, maintain, and validate TA dashboards, reports, and operational metrics

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, or related roles
• Experience supporting recruiting workflows and ATS operations within Greenhouse or similar platforms
• Strong systems-thinking and operational problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of professional experience and training
• Experience identifying workflow gaps and improving operational processes
